On Saturday, July 26, 2025, the Central Muslim Burial (CMB) ladies hosted a delightful brunch for over 150 female volunteers at its center in Erasmia.

Despite the chilly weather, the ladies showed up. The venue was beautifully set-up in green and white. The tables were filled with a delectable range of breakfast goodies and each attendee recieved a goody bag filled with a variety of items. All the group leaders participated in preparing the breakfast and delicious goodies.

There were give aways and fun items which added a special touch to the excitement of the event. Various people who are instrumental in the organisation were honoured with special gifts.

The CMB, was established in 2010 by a group of dedicated volunteers, and has grown significantly over the years. Formally launched in July 2012 with the opening of its first ghusal facility at Masjid Bilal, the organization has expanded its services to benefit the community. Notably, the CMB lends out medical and hospital equipment free of charge and has acquired various vehicles, including hearses, to facilitate its operations.

The organization's facility includes warehouses, garages and offices, all used serving the community.

We would like to thank all our donors, volunteers, management and well wishers who continue to support us. May Allah reward you with only good.

The CMB's dedication to serving the community is evident in its 24-hour operations and comprehensive services.
