Ensure your vehicles are locked before leaving your vehicle in the parking lot

STAY SAFE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

South African Police Service in Laudium under the leadership of the New Station Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Margaret Nkwane has urged the Community to continue working closely with police on fighting crime. 

Motorists should ensure their vehicles are properly locked before leaving their vehicles in the parking areas around the CBD shopping Centre.

- Motorists are asked not to leave valuable items in the vehicle exposed.

- Not to buy suspected stolen items.

- Police have also warned to verify before making transactions while buying or purchasing online.

More police visibility and stop and searches around Laudium and the shopping centre will be done to ensure communities are and feel safe. 

Communities are urged to report any sort of crime.

The Station Commander further applauded members of the Community for partnering with the police on fighting crime. 

"Together we can create a safer communities.” she added.
