Laudium Copper Cable Thief handed 4 year sentence

29 year old Jabulane Moeza was handed a four year sentence in the Atteridgeville Magistrate Court last Thursday 28 May 2020 after he was charged with theft of copper cable.

The convicted Jabulane was caught on the premises of Laudium Reservoir earlier this year after Laudium Police received a tip-off.

Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel Margaret Nkwane expressed her excitement on the sentence. She praised her members good work and said that criminals will no longer be roaming freely in Laudium as police are getting rid of crime in the area.
