Contrary to the usual standard, formal weddings we are accustomed to, Imraan (Speedy) Osman & his lovely bride Iman, instead chose to share their special day not only with family and friends, but more importantly, with the orphans at Realistic Child & Youth Care Centre, Crawford, Cape Town.
The wedding celebration took on the guise of a lovely carnival fun day. Included in the activities were jumping castles, ice cream and popcorn stands & of course, it wouldn’t be complete without goodie bags filled with all manner of sweet treats.
The lunch menu was a refreshing change from the usual formal meal and instead the guests were treated to delicious braai chicken, juicy wors rolls and huge dishes of delectable salads.
A simple but extremely enjoyable wedding celebration that has touched the hearts and left a memorable impression.
Erasmia resident Naeem Patel told Laudium Today, "Speedy is known to be active in the service to humanity, so it comes as no surprise that his wedding is also one that he shares with the poor and underprivileged orphans of Cape Town. It was a privilege for my family and I to have shared this day with him and his family."
Laudium Today takes this opportunity to wish Imraan & Iman a successful and happy marriage.
