Bay Leaf Restaurant Laudium has opened a new branch.
The 80-seater restaurant and take away at Lifestyle@55 Centre near the Raslouw Private Hospital in Centurion will open its door on Saturday morning.
Owner Kamrul Hossain said the restaurant will “have the best authentic Indian fusion” foods.
“We pride ourselves on top quality fresh dishes,” said Hossain.
The new restaurant will be open daily from 10am to 10pm.
Bay Leaf has dozens of items on its menu - from mutton to chicken meals, seafood and vegetarian. It has a variety of Biryanis, Roti and Naam, and also catering platter menus.
There is also a range of beverages and desserts.
“Butter Chicken, Mutton Bhuna, Nihari, Fried Chicken with hot sauce and d Steak Sizzler with cream sauce remain popular.”
