Its been a long journey and his appointment as an International Test umpire is one that is deserved. I was privileged to be present at his T20I debut with his Dad, and I'm looking forward to being present at the Wanderers on his test debut come Monday the 3rd January 2022. May Allah continue to provide Allahudien success in his career as an International Umpire. Ameen.” Nazeem Jaffer said.</p><p><br></p><p>Allahudien’s wife Shakira Paleker had this to say.</p><p>“Allahudien, its been a long journey and one that has been full of sacrifices. All the sacrifices in the end was worth it as you have realized your dream of becoming an International Test Umpire. My dua is that you have a long and successful International career, Ameen.”</p><p><br></p><p>In November 2017, Allahudien was promoted to the ICC International Panel of Umpires. He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between South Africa and India at SuperSport Park, on 21 February 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>In 2019, on the 19th of January, he stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, between South Africa and Pakistan at St. George's Park.</p><p><br></p><p>To date, Allahudien has umpired 3 ODIs and 29 T20s.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Laudium Today</strong> wishes Allahudien well for his debut.
