Clubs continue with their Laudium Football Association promotional league games prior to this past weekend which was washed away by rain.
In the previous weekend Simon Stars FC’s Karabo (Neymar) headed home late in the game after a great ball from right back Phoko to give his side a 1-0 win over Cameroon FC.
Delfos B was on fire when they scored 3 goals against Rekaofela FC. Delfos held possession of the ball from kickoff and converted all chances they got.
Westrides FC were all over the field against Anderlecht FC beating them by 3 goals to 1.
Infinity Stars FC beat Lora Bokamoso FC 3 nil.
While All Nations FC won 2-0 against Juiceburn FC.
Laudium Football Association Executive would like to encourage more youth to partake in any sports of their choice.
LFA President Nava Pillay urges the community to support the local football association, local clubs and players.
“Sports can be used as a tool on fighting crime and to remove kids from the streets. This lessons their chances to be exposed to substance abuse and criminal activities.” he added.
