In a heartwarming display of generosity and compassion, the Grade 7 learners of Tshwane Muslim School have made a significant contribution towards a water well in Bangladesh. Through their annual Entrepreneurs Day event, these young entrepreneurs set aside a portion of their earnings to support a noble cause.
The EMS teachers at the school have always emphasized the importance of giving back and instilling empathy and social responsibility in the learners.
Partnering with Tshwane Muslim Relief (TMR), the learners have chosen to support a water well project in Bangladesh. This act of providing clean drinking water aligns perfectly with the Islamic principle of charity, known as sadaqah. It fulfills not only a basic human need but also promises great rewards in the Hereafter.
"The contribution made by these young learners, will undoubtedly make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. It reflects their compassionate spirit and kindness, serving as an inspiration to us all." Tshwane Muslim School Principal, Moulana Muhammed Badsha said.
“May Allah accept your noble gesture and bless you all abundantly.” He added.
