50-year-old businessman Naeem Dinath passed away on Thursday after a short illness.

Family friend and social activist, Yusuf Abramjee, said: “We lost a brother, we lost a friend...Naeem will always be remembered for his vibrancy, sense of humour and trying to help others.”

“Naeem was loved by many. Our prayers are with the family during the difficult time,” said Abramjee.

Naeem is the elder brother of Pretoria businessman Zunaid Dinath. He did his schooling in Laudium and relocated to Hartbeespoort some years ago.

Naeem is survived by his wife Fatima and four children.

“His mother Aunty Salima has thanked everyone for their prayers. Please continue to remember the family in your duaas.”
